Moksha’s infrastructure is built to support scale, quality, and global compliance. The group operates advanced manufacturing facilities in Uttarakhand and Delhi NCR equipped with modern distillation units, blending and filling lines, and dedicated storage for raw materials and finished goods.

Our Uttarakhand facility includes a certified organic unit designed for controlled processing and strict segregation, while the Tronica City facility serves as a key hub for formulation, processing, and dispatch. Supported by in-house quality control systems and efficient logistics, our infrastructure ensures consistent production, traceability, and timely supply to customers worldwide.

In-House Distillation Unit

Custom distillation setup for production of essential oils, hydrosols, and natural isolates.

  • Distillation Capacity: 500 litres/day
  • Function: Used for steam or hydro distillation of plant materials (flowers, roots, resins, etc.)
  • Advantage: Enables us to integrate proprietary ingredients into our blends and control quality from source to scent

Cold Pressing Unit

  • Blending Capacity: Up to 5,000 litres/day
  • Function: Used for cold pressing of vegetable oils and carrier oils
  • Advantage: Cold pressing preserves the oil’s natural nutrients, aroma, and purity by extracting it without heat or chemicals making it ideal for cosmetic and pharma use.

Automated Fragrance Blending Machine

A state-of-the-art programmable system designed for high-speed, high-accuracy production of fine fragrance concentrates.

  • Daily Capacity: Up to 300 litres/day
  • Function: Automates dosing and homogenization of multiple aroma chemicals and oils with precision
  • Advantage: Reduces formulation errors, increases batch consistency, and significantly cuts manual labor time

Stainless Steel Blending Tanks & Chillers

Industrial-grade tanks with in-built blending ability to ensure homogenous mixing of perfume ingredients.  

  • Blending Capacity: Up to 1,000 litres/day
  • Function: Used for bulk blending of EDP, EDT, mists, attars, and oil blends under controlled conditions
  • Advantage: Ensures thermal stability of formulations, preserves fragrance integrity, and allows large-batch scalability
